Instructions:

1. To Set Up Members within your Team, click the "Team Manager" link on the left or above or click "Continue".
   
   
2. Once you click on the link, you can view your team information, members, and scores.
   
   
3. As you set up each member, this system will notify them of their UserName and password via e-mail.
   
   
4. The E-mail will also have a link for them to Log-in and take the Assessment. The link for team members to log in is:
   
   
5. For confidentiality requirements, you WILL NOT be able to view your team scores until at least 3 team members have taken the assessment.
   
   
6. If you, as a manger, want to take the survey you MUST enter yourself as a team member as well.
